Dr. Su Yeong Kim’s Project SEED promotes understanding of the Social, Emotional, and Educational Development of children of U.S. immigrants, focusing on those of Mexican American descent. 

  • Improved and standardized research assistant training process 

  • Communicated daily task status updates to project lead and conducted new staff member training in person and by phone

  • Performed detailed assessment work and modified contact information of research participants for 95 Google accounts on a weekly basis
